Town to H2otownies: How'm I doin'?

Town Councillor JD Donohue posted a blog entry here at H2otown asking for your input on 10 questions about the town. Each one is worth a little time thinking about, so I'm going to serialize at least a few into individual polls. Let's start with this one:

If you have had interaction with a town department, (DPW, Police, Fire, Clerks), how was your experience?
Excellent; exceeded my expectations

I almost feel like we should separate police/fire from Town Hall employees, because the interaction we'd have with them would be, naturally, very different.

You almost have to separate them entirely -- I've had good experiences with police, and one good and one bad experience with town hall (town clerk was great; zoning was awful).
