Does anyone know if First Aid and/or CPR courses are offered by Watertown? I know I can go to the American Red Cross, but was wondering if the town offered any as well.

Last night around 8 pm traffic on Arsenal Street, a few blocks from Watertown Square, was slowed as cars went around an orange cat lying in the street. The cat had a collar so belonged to someone. Does anyone by any chance know what that was about (cat hit by a car, I assume?)? I was going to stop but there seemed to be enough people trying to help. Now I'm regretting that I didn't check, being a cat owner myself, and am wondering if things turned out ok.
